Our story began when our founder Andrew realized traditional recruiting models were broken. After 11 years of experience in recruiting, surviving 2 rounds of layoffs, spending many years in the staffing environment but also experience in the corporate environment, they launched this firm to bring a sharper, more candidate-first approach to the market.

Andrew is the Founder and CEO of AWP Recruitment, bringing over 11 years of recruiting expertise to the table. His career has spanned both non-profit and for-profit sectors, including manufacturing, where he’s built high-performing teams across a wide range of industries.
From entry-level hires to C-suite placements, Andrew has successfully recruited for roles in HR, Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Administrative/Office Support. Known for his strategic approach and people-first mindset, he’s helped countless organizations grow—and just as many professionals find work that truly fits.
